I qualified as a Holistic theraspist in 2006 and specilise in aromatherapy massage and reflexology.

 

My services are available to all. I am also able to offer treatments to parents with children who have no one to look after them.

 

As a mum myself I know how difficult it can be to access various services when you have to look after your children and have them with you all all times.

 

When I had my children I used a doula, before I had my first son she included a session of reflexology into her service, when I had my second son I had been looking forward to receiving this treatment again, but due to various reasons it never happened,

As she came to visit after the birth I choose to have the treatment then, it was wonderful to be able to sit there with my then 2year old playing in the corner while I relaxed, cuddling and breasfeeding my new baby.

 

I hope that other parents feel that they are still able to participate in holistics therapies even if it means having their children with them.
